	About Us Though FleetChief is a new company, we have extensive experience in the field. FleetChief, a subsidiary of Empower Decision Systems, Inc., was formed to capitalize on our experience developing and implementing Fleet Operations, Field Workforce and Remote Asset management systems. Empower Decision Systems, Inc. was formed in 1995 to provide high quality, transportation consulting and software development services to our clients. The name, FleetChief, reflects our roots as a transportation software and services company. Our flagship product, of the same name, allows companies to plan, track and manage vehicle fleets, remote assets and field work forces more efficiently and in real-time. FleetChief incorporates proprietary and third-party software including vehicle routing and communication systems with state of the art hardware systems such as GPS, on-board computers and radio transceivers.		Our many years of experience, combined with those of our partners, have been leveraged to produce a truly unique product. Helping our customers gain total command of their mobile and remote assets is our core business.
